This is my very favorite meal when we need lunch or dinner in a hurry.
This is what we do:
On a plate we layer:
Tortilla Chips
Lettuce
Canned Chili (warmed)
Grated Cheese
Tomato or Salsa
Ranch Dressing
Quick, easy, and delicious :)
Hmmm...Maybe I will make that tomorrow! I have all the ingredients! :)
